Short biogaphy:

Mr. Russell B. Sebolino holds a degree in Master in Business Administration from Batangas State University (1999), and a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from St. Francis of Sales Seminary Lipa City Philippines. He is currently running the Entrepreneurship Program for all students of the Bachelors Level (Engineering, CS/AIT, UPAD, AGEO, and Business Departments). The Entrepreneurship course is a mandate from the Ministry of Higher Education to offer it all students irrespective of specialization as a response to the Sultanates Economic Development Need.
