Short biogaphy:

Osman Ahmed El-Said holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality (2002), a Master degree (2008), and a PhD degree (2011) in Innovation Management. He worked as Assistant Professor in Egypt, as postdoctoral researcher in Spain, and Assistant Professor in Oman. He published a series of researches in different disciplines such as; human resources, marketing, innovation management and other issues related to the tourism and hospitality business.
